How to request deletion
Email us from the address associated with your Sanfausone account:
- To: appsteam@heldandbell.com
- Subject: “Sanfausone Account Deletion Request”
- Body: Include the details below (you can use the template).
Required information (include in your email)
- Your full name (or display name)
- The email address tied to your Sanfausone account
- Optional: Your user ID (if known)
- A clear statement that you want your account and associated data deleted
- If you have active orders or disputes, mention them so we can guide you
- (For security) A brief confirmation: “I confirm I am the account owner.”
What we delete
- Account profile (name/display name, email, settings)
- Purchase history and stored metadata (unless retention is required by law)
- Saved catalog lists, favorites, carts, and app usage metadata
- Uploaded content (unless it is part of a fulfilled order required for record-keeping)
What may be retained
We may retain minimal records necessary to:
- Comply with legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting obligations
- Resolve disputes, enforce terms, and maintain security logs
Retained data is minimized and access-restricted.
Timeline
- We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days
- Deletion typically completes within 30 days, subject to legal/technical constraints
- We’ll notify you once finished or if additional verification is required
